Toon holes are manholes that a cartoon character can conjure up and lay on the floor to trap an enemy or to escape down (as seen in the Disney movie "Who Framed Roger Rabbit"). This vinyl represents the black manhole with a caution tape sash lain across it. The manhole cover (with Mickey's face) rests on the back of the vinyl's head. There is green sewage ooze seeping from beneath the cover. Manhole covers with a similar design can be found along paths in Mickey's Toontown at Disney Parks.
