ELP Mickey is based on the Main Street Electrical Parade held on Main Street, U.S.A. at the Disneyland and Magic Kingdom Parks. The figure is black with white nose, eyes, buttons, and hands. The rest of the figure is dotted with multiple, different colored lights representing the thousands of little lights that feature on the parade floats. The back of Mickey's head features two AA long life batteries.
